Hi Jenduplex,
In means, in my opinion, that if you have feel you have suffered financially by purchasing the options without AZL issuing the appropriate disclosure documents you can apply to the court within 28 days for recourse. Again, in my opinion, this can't happen because the price of the options has gone up substantially from the ipo. Onwards and upwards.
