Do you not think the management at CYL have not thought about and addressed all the issues you are raising. I am sure CYL did not go into this deal to only acquire VAN, what is the point of that. The big picture is control the whole belt, which sounds like a Bruce plan.With regards to taking over Superior, you maybe are forgetting a few wild cards up CYL sleeve. Gina would have been informed of these action beforehand and the fact they are going forward to indicates to me, she is in favour. ( 50 - 100 million, she could pull out of her change pocket) Superior maybe not be infavour of the deal, but they might not have choice. How many years have they been trying to make that mine work. So it might be case of either agree to the terms or lie over the barrel and do it the old fashion way.
PS: PC I like your new valuation of CYL 2.3B has a nice ring to it.
