Just for clarity, is the relationship with Agnico Eagle just a shareholding?
From the bidders statement
"Through its leading expertise and capability Catalyst has attracted highly credentialed mining companies operating in Australia including Hancock Prospecting, St Barbara and Agnico Eagle, as either partners and/or shareholders. "
Agnico Eagle merged with Kirkland Lake Gold, they own the nearby Fosterville mine, "Boyd’s Dam has similar stacked zones of gold mineralisation to the Fosterville deposit"...
