Kirkland Lake Gold bought part of Catalyst's $18 million raise in late 2020. KL owned Fosterville, south of CYL's Victoria claims, and KL was subsequently acquired by Agnico.
KL's 2020 Annual lists an investment in DeGrey, but nothing in Catalyst, though there is a small "other" category.
Agnico's 2021 Annual lists investments in four corporations: Orla, Rupert, White Gold, and Royal Road. There is also an "other" category, with the footnote that the 20 investments in that category are "each immaterial".
