lots to like here:
- an even 50/50 split on the JV structure (attractive to new operational partners, if applicable)
- umbrella inclulsion of multiple projects into the Gold related JV under the already in place Agreement structure
- new Copper prospects to be included into the Exploration Agreement
- new to be registered Antilles Metals Inc subsiduary (that's a nice ring to it if you ask me, much like Adriatic Metals)
