These 'chips' are off very large intrusions/veins and consistent with the intrusions. They occur over a large surface area and are as good as you are likely to get on any ground truthing exploration work.
The gold in the most recent assays was not even visible to the naked eye so if you are trying to cast aspersions you are way off.
You would need to go back and read the Inca announcements to have ANY context for the comments you are making.
