Geez, have a read back at your own posts in the last 6 weeks - nothing but downramping crap and you criticise a bloke with knowledge, a bloke that has vast experience and has been out in the field with the crew recently.
Drilling will commence when water permit is granted, sheesh.
Hopefully they are constructing other pads that will be used in the meantime. There are smart people all working in the same direction, hoping to achieve the same goals.
What else will you have them do? Ring the water parmit department every few hours to see how the progress is going... their response will be, back to the bottom of the pile you go... it comes when it comes.
