co's exploring in aus have to spend x amount on tenements each year to keep them (otherwise see cazaly v rio for eg). However, I still think it should be taken as read that it is done, u don't see mining co's with tenements in aus making these sort of price sensitive announcements, they usually include the detail in their qtly reports or ann report.
