He was essential when shareholders were ignorant. He is now a liability. Probably can't get it up anymore.
There were a handfull of good directors at CVI. They have the knowledge and the skill to raise CVI IF there is anything there. They know how to deal with the "valid" and "genuine" contacts that CVI have, even better than MS does.
