Yet one more reason in the long list now that ASIC should have acted against this man. His contempt for shareholders and non-disclosure of information is simply incredible.

Disgusting is too kind a word to describe what is going on with CVI and continuing to do so.

ASX and ASIC should hang their heads in shame over this.
