Your efforts and those of kpax to bring some hint of the science behind this to the forum has been very much appreciated. Much better than me saying "gee whiz fellas, look this thing works through this magic mTOR black box, this is why it's really, really, really special", which is effectively what I'm saying.

Just had to have a little fun with the paper dryas brought onto the forum. But while trying to read it I had to spend a lot of effort learning about a lot of what the terms in it were and what were their functions and things like the about the adaptive and innate systems, the germinal centres in the lymph nodes, the lysosomes in cells, etc....took quite some hours but then it all began to make sense, and it was actually fun.

dryasachip, over the years the buckster has deliberately spread spurious complaints. He only finds out what is wrong, the results of these tests mean nothing to him or alternative medications are just around the corner (that's an old line with a million new varients). He is a professional downramper using all the tricks of FUD so beloved of politicians. He's earned my contempt. Yes, I still quickly glance at his posts in case he accidently makes a useful observation, but his downramping motives are clear as day.
