@Cashtrain yes they are looking at reduced dosage, but I believe they are also studying the length of time MPL will remain effective in the system for.
My inderstanding is that on one hand they might want to deliver X(MPL) per day, but they might administer 2X(MPL) every 2 days instead.
We would need to wait for the company to announce exactly what dosage/administration regime they are going for, however, I would assume that 'pill burden' is still front of mind for PAA given the palatability issues over recent years
