I completely understand and never would criticise anyone who needs cash now. In fact I have said it a few time that there are plenty of folks finding it tough now and a cash injection like this will be brilliant for them - I wish them well.
I don’t care much for traders as I don’t care to be one - not saying I dislike them, just not my cup of tea.
Each to their own and sometimes you find something that aligns with your belief system. So falling in love with a stock is not really it, more like buying long term into something that seems like it will do good for the world while always monitoring and managing risk exposure.
