8CO seem to be caught in a corner. As to sell the $1.5m of shares in Cloudaron ,at a good price ,say 0.25 could be a waiting game as Cloudaron have weeks on end with no volume at all.
On the other hand . The deal is done. 8CO have cash backing and the management seem honest and forward thinking .
