When Directors are in dire straits with their company's respective SP's and have diluted the begezzes out of their shareholders then all they can do if they want to survive to stay employed is by way of Consolidations history shows that only one in a hundred company's are successful Post Consolidation.

The thing those on this forum don't understand is whilst the SP was sitting @0.02cps the likelihood of it 25 or 30 bagger was a distinct possibility with any news of Finance being successful, Post Consolidation with the 10 > 1 an the SP being in the twenties then it's way way harder for any bagger and more likely to only increase in SP by a factor of 5 to 10 cents if lucky, although given how the pigs keep feeding from the trough an diluting retail by the truckloads as imho further dilution will hit shareholders before any finance is forthcoming, around March April.
