For what it is worth I have decided to take up the rights offer. There is still some glimmer of hope with this company. Although ellaishani is correct servers can now be attacked using trojans and spyware it is still vitally important to secure transmission of data. Senetas has the technology to secure optical fibre and other data networks using their common Criteria EAL4+ and FIPS 140-2 Level 3. Without extra cash this company was going under before any medium term contract came to fruition. Buying them some more time may help and I have a lot more to lose if this rights issue does not succeed.
