LG will run a country mile away from this bad deal as it brings shame upon them with the ASIC prosecution underway and the project going nowhere anytime soon.
Also SKI's business model is moving away from these types of direct deals and this will leave AUZ high and dry having burnt every bridge in this sector.
The best thing for the poor shareholder here is the company is sold outright and a new board is put in place with a substantial re-brand
