    The interesting thing with today's announcement is that the ASX and ASIC were happy to let the company release the announcement today addressing the reports made in the media about RE and in the previous announcement the company has also stated that they will update the market shortly yet still suspended.

    Is it a case that all financials have been ticked off and approved for release but we are just waiting on ASIC to finalise their investigation into something else that a lot of other posters have raised.
