AFR has over stepped imo. I would read the announcement as a thought after smart move as it set up an evidence which give BIG an option to make a defamation legal challenge to AFR if necessary. BIG has disclosed that the FP has cleaned Richard, and AFR knew Richard was clean by FP but continue use its media power to defame Richard, it's a pretty good defamation case imo.
