Spent the day doing DD on ABR.

-Very tightly head register 29% owned by Atlas (Harold Shipes).

-AH & MS grew HFR between 2011 - 2016 from a 25c to near $2 company.

-Fort Cady site is 120km away from Rio Tintos large borate mine.

- Historical for borate is certain (I am uncertain about Lithium claims)

- Pilot plant and evaporation ponds already on site (although i don't think these require huge $)

- All permits seems pretty much sorted with FCCC holding most of them


Above said, it's my 4th company i'm investing so i may missed out other important details. you have any other key points that i should take note of?
