From my experience the buying usually thins just before newsflow... I'm not a ST trader, I'm a long term holder buying on FA and tend to hold on for re-rates. I always regret buying in too early paying higher... buying volume increased upon news that drilling had commenced...
Once that increased volume subsides, those who are impatient or need funds elsewhere may sell and this brings the price down.
They announced drill results will trickle through from October... so only a short while to go before news hits and the buyers come back.
