do you think they can thread the needle for an FDA approval and THEN do a cap raise?
That was the plan last time according to many on here and we all know how that turned out after claiming what a "position of strength we would be in" after an FDA approval
.... and as I posted, it doesn't necessarily have to be a CLBP partnership - CHF looks the most likely now IMO given the FDA are supportive of an Accelerated Approval pathway for same and the Pre BLA Filing Meeting is scheduled for later this year. Any CHF partner would want to be a part of those negotiations IMO
