If only the world worked that way... sadly it doesn't. Mesoblast have cash, but they also have expenses that is not even being close to being offset by revenue (yet, hopefully...).
I don't think a CR is imminant, but IF the unfortunate happens and we get another CRL and we are back to 30 cent town (or below): we don't want to be raising at those prices.... raising at current prices is probably the way to go in the instance that we don't thread the needle on the updated BLA and we have some cash to support the back pain trial with relatively modest dilution. IMO.
