sooo do the staff take 3 months leave without pay?
I mean, if it's just a simple lab change, and that's the only reason, then what will they be doing in the three extra months they have available? how will they be productively using their time?
there should, theoretically, be nothing to do in those three months. so no need for staff right?
or does this company like to pay people to twiddle their thumbs? coz I can't see how that's a great way to spend investor money.
