A bit of money spent doing nothing but Domingo keep their vendor shares and CPS keep their facilitation shares from the failed transaction? The company strung shareholders along with the 1.5c eq raising price for too long after the deal stalled then went silent.
They'e basically saying "Give us more money, we don't have a project and we are suspended".
Dilution or blind punt?
Undecided at the moment, partially written off last year anyway from 1.5c to 0.8c
