    Conglomerate Gold -
    Heritage survey commenced
De Grey Mining Limited (ASX: DEG, “De Grey”, “Company”) is
pleased to report that the planned heritage surveys over the three
conglomerate gold targets Loudens Patch, Jarret Well and Steel
    Well have commenced this week.
De Grey expects the “on-ground” component of the survey to be
completed over the coming week with results expected to be
reported within 4 weeks after the completion of the survey.
Upon successful completion of the heritage surveys and receipt of
the final report, the Company will commence initial earthworks and
bulk sampling programs with a priority on the Loudens Patch target
    area.
    Programs will include:
 Earthworks along the 1.4km Loudens Range to provide
exposure of the conglomerate horizon at specific localities at
the base of the Mt Roe Basalt and across the stratigraphic
horizons at Jarret Well and Steel Well.
 Detailed mapping to better understand the overall geology of
the sequence, alteration and possible controls on gold
    mineralisation.
 Initial detailed on-site bulk sampling (~250kg) of the various
lithological units to determine specific gold bearing sub-units
within the sequence. This sampling is expected to commence
immediately after approval and will include on site crushing and
processing to provide a rapid visual assessment of gold
    content.
 Follow-up quantitative, gold analysis of larger bulk samples
(>1,000kg) of the gold bearing lithological units. These will be
subsequently submitted to an independent assay laboratory for
    certified analysis.
De Grey has also received approval for a Program of Works (POW)
that will provide for a total earthworks disturbance of 7,800 tonnes
across the three targets which will provide for suitable bulk
    sampling.
