No you are wrong the cobalt deal was done during the high cobalt demand.
May not be apparent with Tesla but is CATL supplying Cells to Tesla and where does Yibin fit into the schematics of the supply chain?
Also Tesla is not the only car manufacture in Europe.
Some research will show it lags behind ?
