As far as capital raising go this isn't too bad. There was no discount to recent share price; in fact the placement price is above the 5 day VWAP.

I like how they linked it to the imminent full product launch of the GM Commercial link (and
WEX Australia pilot program), which should provide a much needed spike to the share price when it happens.

Although it is nice for retail investors to be included in a CR; with this one being so small ($900,000), it is much more appropriate to do it this way using sophisticated investors, which is cheaper and easier for the company and gets it out of the way so we can move on with life.
