It's a good point. Although from the recent hiring effort:
- 2 Software engineers (160K + cost of labour each)
- 1 QA engineer (160k+ cost of labour)
- 1 part-time to full time (80k + additional cost of labour)
I'd say the company has added at least half a million per year on its labour cost. I'd say it is a signal that the company expects an uplift in revenue. This is already a very conservative estimate, a good engineer cost 130k+ in base salary alone, not to mention super, payroll tax, admin overhead.
