Well i agree with @marksman..hey but i'm cool on the T/O.. lol for 1m shares will end up with 1.67M 88e shares in a much worse dog 88E...

I'll dump the lot who cares...They both dogs, the only problem as you know, 88e is a far bigger dog... Dusters after dusters, whilst the ramp crew here continue to post positive..Then 88e have managed to print over 7 BILLION shares whoa...got 16M in debts..$28M cash..BUT then..you got 16M cashburn this quarter..LOL...

And here you are tryng to tell us this is a bad deal for 88e....wouldn't matter 88e looks stuffed 1 quarter of cash left lol...

Knuckleheads..maybe Marksman just right there ...you 88e shareholders should be thanking XCD ..hey come on 88e....stump up a higher offer...i want 1.4 cents from 88e...we got 1.6B barrels oil hahahahha
