    P1 is a private company and its shareholders are fully aware that the company has pulled out of the CQA takeover. It doesn't have to make a public announcement on its website.
    There is a valid reason why P1 pulled out. Now CQA shareholders have nothing left but a suspended company with no money and no business. P1 was an opportunity to provide its (CQA) shareholders with significant upside, but this has all disappeared. P1 is in a much better position now, without CQA.
