I am confused. You say "There is a valid reason why P1 pulled out", but the wording of CQA's announcement to ASX 30 Oct does not read that way. It says "Conquest Abandons Proposed Bid for Priority One."

I read CQA's announcement as meaning that it took the action, in the same way as TTV called off a proposed merger with P1 in July 2012.

This is a question to P1 shareholders who got their shares as a free gift from GoConnect some months ago. Were you made fully aware, as GolfR32 states, of P1 having pulled out of the CQA takeover? In fact have you ever heard anything directly from P1?
