Are you familiar with what details should or should not be included in a bidders statement? (This is critical). I refer you to the bottom of the front page of the bidders statement, then to the bold heading near the bottom of page 4 (letter from Larry Shutes), point 3.1, point 7.4, and point 10.3. This is suppose to be a bidders statement and not a target statement (which comes from P1). If you struggle to get the very basics right, you leave much to be desired.
