There is one issue that puzzles me concerning the many bizarre 'unbelievables' associated with Priority One and CQA.

As the Romans used to say, 'Cui bono' or 'Who benefits' from them. That I can't even start to work out.

Take a look, if you have not already done so, at the Priority One site www.p1card.com.

These are not bog-standard presentations by a company or bog-standard business deals. If Priority One and CQA actually see them as such then I am reminded of the words Shakespeare put into Macbeth's mouth:

"It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
    signifying nothing."

The whole performance is fascinating and the only direct losers that I can identify are those in GCN who got a free issue of Priority One shares on condition that they held (I think it was 55,000) shares in GCN. Those who bought GCN shares in order to qualify for their free Priority One shares would seem to have done their dough. GCN does not mention Priority One any more. Nor does Priority One mention GCN.

Do you have any non-defamatory ideas on these matters?
