How can it possibly be that so much cash is needed for that purpose?

Incidentally, Priority One conducts its business from 405 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. This is the address of the Trust restaurant.

Could somebody in Melbourne call by and see whether Priority One advertises its offices on the outside of or inside the building? So far as I can see from images on Google maps, that small historic building is used only by the Trust restaurant. That cannot be, of course, unless Priority One's business is conducted solely from a dining table.
