I expressed myself badly. I'm perfectly happy to accept Priority One has earned no revenue - ever.

What I should have asked is how that could possibly be if they did in fact acquire Knockout Live. You see, my doubt is whether they did in fact acquire Knockout Live.

The deal may have fallen through. The Knockout Live website doesn't mention Priority One - not even amongst iits partners.

I once knew a guy who was interested in investing as a franchisee. The franchising company said that he must pay them $2,000 for them to provide him with a due diligence statement about themselves. Nice money if you can get it.
