A poster over at the GCN forum discovered that Priority One Network is today facing a winding up application in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

It is case S CI 2014 03436 in the Supreme Court of Victoria. See page 4 at

where we read that Asian Pacific Telecommunications Pty Ltd. is the plaintiff in this winding up case.
