re: Ann: Conquest to Progress Towards Product... As I've said before, the 1% difference between 50% and 51% is actually LIGHT-YEARS! With 51% you are either the Operator, or get to pick the Operator. Not so when you only own 50%. Then it gets interesting and requires great collaboration based on a shared view of shared value.
