By amalgamating with ADD (which has successfully already been down the torturous change of board route), RMG removes that impediment. Naturally, the long game is Holloman's intentions, which I agree, are to exploit their huge acreage of potential mineral wealth & their expertise gained overseas. Mark S (as a director and major shareholder) is very close with JR and rumour has it will be in Oz shortly. Could this be a strategy meeting?
