My 5 cents worth:

• I thought that the 76.4% (68 out of 89) patients reporting an improvement from moderate to definite was a standout. Whilst it's disappointing that this number is not 100% it will no doubt be used to understand why PPS didn't work of certain patients. Critically this number is significantly higher than most approved (and high profile) drugs have ever achieved. Indeed, Glaxo Chief suggested drugs only work on 30-50% of people. • The statistically significance between PPS treated patients and those administered a placebo is even more impressive by the fact that placebo works best in pain management cases as the brain tricks itself versus for example cancer patients that don't see any perceived benefit.

• Despite Morgan's concerns injectable PPS at a clinic will ensure medication adherence during and post P3. Even if a medications is effective in combating pain or a disease, their full benefits are often not realised because approximately 50% of patients do not take their medications as prescribed.
