The recent placement was to institutional holders. I would suspect that some of them will continue to add to their positions given the raising was too small for any of them to get a decent position.
I believe that management has a plan for Oper8tor regardless of success or not given the new insto investors that have just come on board. Short term key for this business is to leverage the recent 2SG acquisition through there product offering. The last market update was pretty rich in information, I suggest holders re-read it. Matt Fahey has a strategy and framework for growing this business, he just needs to execute.
