you have to seriously ask yourself why would you not have released this ann prior to trying to raise extra cash when there's heaps in the bank?? The market may have reacted a lot better and then could've tried to raise at 10+, the 9.5 raise is the reason we're back to these stupid levels again.
Not sure what's going to push this forward and actually hold to be honest.
