The point I am making is that the discovery has been made in the South Eastern portion of their most south eastern leases and the adjoining land was already held by Savic so was not available to AR3.The pink ground on your map is 40 km from the AR3 discovery area.
We do not know how far the rare earth ionic clays extend or in which direction.But if it goes SE then the Savic ground and the Victorian tennements might be the better prospects.
