if the timeframe from licence to 40m bond issue is within a week or 2 ill be satisfied they have been working behind the scenes and not watching cat videos waiting for ML then kicking off bond issue progression - surely the bond issue is prepped and ready to go as soon as mining lic is issued if not they really dont deserve the pay....
