PEL, I dont believe its doom and gloom, some very positive news to come sure its not 100% but very likely however its left a very bad taste for investors to see such a massive overpayment especially with their accounting backgrounds... if this overpayment has been made since 2008 how many crs could have been avoided... last one brought sp from 4c to 2c ... maybe if they dont want to pay the overpayment back they can pay shareholders a 50% loss compensation... the audacity to demand a payeise and not pay it back is terrible... given cr after cr and sp fall of late... deliver the mine first make an income and claim a payrise... not now when no bond issue no mine lic no income...and low funds..
