shareholders need to vote at the AGM to send a message to the board. whilst it's unlikely to result in any outcome they need to know this sort of behavior isn't on. I personally feel there is a lot more pain to come before it gets better. I feel a raise is on the way at a big discount resulting in massive dilution.
the chairman really needs to start acting like a chairman and lead the company. so far under his watch the share price has plummeted, spend has catapulted. if management aren't performing in the right way to meet objectives then get new management that can. so far it just seems like they are rewarding incompetence.
