There is a scene in the movie "The Imitation Game" where this comment is made about Alan Turing's enigma busting machine:

"Your expensive machine, had better bloody work!"

In VRC's case the comment reads:

"Your highly paid directors, had better bloody deliver!"

What is done is done. There's little that we can do to change their high salaries. And to some extent the argument holds that if they were paid much less, they'd receive higher offers from other companies, and would be tempted to leave VRC.

But, ..... with these high salaries comes the expectations that they've got things in place for a reasonably quick transition into becoming a mining company, once the Mining Licences are granted! One would expect that the relocation of the inhabitants has all be planned, the mine site design is done, research made into what equipment is needed and purchase plans have been determined, etc. One would also assume that investors have been found who are willing to participate in the $40m fund raising.

The Mining Licences should be granted in the next few weeks. Then we will see if the Directors and the CEO have done their groundwork and have earned their money! Let's jolly well hope that they have been active, and VRC gets the ball rolling as soon as possible into becoming a highly successful and highly profitable Graphite mining company!
