Sorry yes, you're correct. However, I had penciled in $7.2m going out to pay for the acquisition that is in advanced discussions, for some reason I put that in my spreadsheet as $9.2m which got me back to $17m. So it should be $19m give or take. Either way, even if they only caught a bid at the same multiple that MFD one went through at they'd still be looking at an offer in the mid-70s.
