Yes I would too if the deal was being done by the cml team, but it is not. They are being used to solve a problem at cog by Naos. This is not a merger of equities just compare the business sheet or simply the ROE with cgr estimated at 20% plus is a sign of an excellent business.
I have leant that I need to check the stakeholders in my research, this deal has too many grey areas.
