Well as far as I see it there's no point in selling up while CGR trades below the converted COG price & there's still a chance the takeover won't go ahead.
If the deal goes ahead I'll be bailing out as soon as I can after the 3c div is paid even if it means selling the equivalent COG shares, so long as they don't slump in price.
